Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

For Senior DevOps Engineer

  • Setting up and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure.
  • Designing, deploying, and managing monolith, microservices-based, serverless-based applications on cloud platforms.
  • Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Bamboo, and Jenkins, and integrating them with appropriate testing, managing, and deployment tools.
  • Automating infrastructure provisioning, testing, and deployment processes using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Implementing and managing monitoring, logging, and tracing tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to ensure system observability.
  • Integrating security best practices and tooling throughout the development lifecycle (DevSecOps) and ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Working with various database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL,…) to support application development and deployment.
  • Collaborating with development, testing, and other teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
  • Performing incident management and root cause analysis, troubleshooting complex technical issues in a production environment.
  • Defining and improving DevOps processes, including development, testing, release, update, and support.
  • Communicating effectively within the team, with other teams, and with customers to complete the assigned tasks.
  • Completing tasks within expectations set by the team and managers.
  • Willingness to work overtime or outside of office hours for deployments and urgent issues

For Cloud Support Engineer(L2)

Operations & Support

  • Provide Level 2 support for cloud infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Monitor system health and respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests.
  • Perform operational administration, routine maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze incidents and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) reports.
  • Coordinate with L3 engineers, DevOps, developers, and vendors to resolve issues, providing sufficient analysis, logs, and context during escalation..
  • Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and operational procedures.

Ticketing & Reporting

  • Manage incidents, service requests, and changes via the ticketing system.
  • Track ticket progress and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and preventive recommendations.

Monitoring & Automation

  • Install, configure, and maintain monitoring tools.
  • Respond to alerts generated by monitoring systems.
  • Execute existing automation scripts and operational runbooks.
  • Suggest improvements to operational processes and monitoring coverage.

Others

  • Support change requests and minor service enhancements.
  • Perform other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Your Skills and Experience

For Senior DevOps Engineer:

  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and operating highly available, large-scale systems, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Proven understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Node.js, Java, Bash, etc.) for automation and tool development.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, including infrastructure provisioning, service deployment, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for automated and repeatable infrastructure management.
  • Strong Linux knowledge, including system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for building and deploying microservices-based applications.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable software delivery.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies, including VPC, NAT GW, VPC Peering, VPN, Private connection, subnet, and other cloud networking.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

For Cloud Support Engineer(Level 2)

  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as AWS/Azure (Operation level).
  • Experience administering Linux systems.
  • Basic scripting ability (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for operational and automation tasks.
  • Understanding of incident management and IT operations processes.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-based support.
  • Good troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in English with regional stakeholders.

Nice-to-have

  • Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts (no pipeline ownership required).
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
  • Experience with MySQL or other relational databases (support level).
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker or container concepts.
  • Basic understanding of microservices architecture and common operational challenges (service dependencies, retries, timeouts, cascading failures).
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years experience in Cloud IT Support, Cloud Operations, or Managed Services.

  • Incidents are resolved within SLA with clear communication.
  • Monitoring alerts are handled proactively with minimal escalation.
  • Escalations to L3 are well-documented and actionable.
  • Operational issues decrease over time through preventive actions.
  • Stakeholders trust L2 to keep systems stable.
