Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
- Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls, emails, messages (email, chat, voice) from customers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e-commerce platform.
- Update information on the system.
- Perform other duties as required by superiors.
Your skills & qualifications
- Proficiency in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Must have JLPT N1 certificate
- Graduated High School or higher education.
- Having experiences in customer services is an advantage.
- Loud & clear voice.

Thời gian làm việc
- Rotated Shift, having any 02 days off
- Working hour: 07:00 - 22:00 (9 hours/shift including 1 hour break 0time)
