- Work at Panasonic Service Center

- In charge of home electric appliances such as microwave oven, rice cooker, water purifier, fan, and pump, etc.

- Provide technical support/training for the aforementioned electric appliances.

- Manage and control product quality of appliances.

- Work closely with factories for quality improvement.

- Other tasks as assigned.

- College graduation or above in the field of electronics or industry electricity or electric equipments

- From 1 year of experience in customer service field is high priority

- Knowledgeable in electronic and home appliances.

- Good computer skills, good attitude and manner

- Good command of English and communication skills.
