C&B Specialist

Job purpose:

Responsible for all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities, ensuring accurate payroll, insurance, and tax processes, while managing employee benefits, labor contracts, and compliance in accordance with local labor laws and internal policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field

• Min 3 - 5 years of experience in C&B or payroll roles (manufacturing experience is a plus)

• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, SI/HI/UI, and PIT

• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems

• Detail-oriented, confidential, and accurate in numbers

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Good English communication
