Job Description


1. Payroll Operations:

• Do assigned tasks related to payroll process for VN market (Payroll processing, Personal Income Tax managing, Payroll cost reports...) to ensure agreed processes and services are delivered in line with agreed service levels, customer service and key performance indicators


2. Team Collaboration:

• Be proactive in giving excellent support and contribution to the Payroll Team to achieve the objectives;

• Be an excellent team player to extend the professional manner in supporting colleagues in and out of the Payroll Team (ad-hoc)


3. Process Improvement & Automation:

• Identify HR needs and recommend to build into the systems, to embed practices into automatic processing.

• Work closely with HR teams, other functions such as IT, Finance, Sales… to identify work processes & opportunities for automation, design and plan automation projects to improve employees’ productivities within the organization


4. Data Management & Compliance:

• Ensure payroll process accuracy and 100% agreed time frame

• Ensure that all information is reserved at the highest confidentiality

• Store efficiently HR data on systems

• Reduce manually processed low value work, huge data workload, paper-work


5. Other Tasks:

• Other support to HR or business projects when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree or equivalent education

• At least 1.5 years’ experience in C&B in multinational and professional companies

• English communication

• Problem solving, Planning, Communication skills

• Good Excel skills, experience working with payroll systems

• Able to maintain, analyze the database & suggest with valued initiatives
