Job Description

Qualifications:

- Over 2 years business systems analysis experience or comparable business experience;

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience;

1. Core Technical Competencies

Extensive Proficiency (Level 3):

- Deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Strong expertise in System Testing methodologies.

- High level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail in all deliverables.

Working Experience (Level 2):

- Proven ability in Requirement Analysis and Business Process Design/Modeling.

- Hands-on experience with Modeling techniques (Use Case, Data, Process, Events).

- Proficiency in Technical Writing and Documentation.

- Solid grasp of IT Project Management, Standards, Procedures, and Policies.

2. Business & Analytical Competencies

- Operational Insight: Good understanding of organizational functions and core application systems.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to assist in tactical and strategic planning, as well as business assessments.

- Problem Solving: Strong Analytical Thinking and Critical Thinking skills to support effective decision-making.

3. Interpersonal & Management Skills

- Communication: Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

- Facilitation: Strong facilitation and relationship management skills to bridge the gap between business and IT.

- Leadership (Level 1/2): * Foundational knowledge of Team Building, Leadership, and Delegation.

- Experience managing in a Matrix Environment and handling organizational change.

- Commitment to high-quality Customer Service Management.
