Role Purpose:

The BA (Business Analyst) is responsible for designing, optimizing, and standardizing business processes, data structures, and system workflows that enable:

• AI automation
• Global scalability
• Cross-functional operational excellence
• Reduction of manual dependency
• 10x productivity improvement

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business System & Process Architecture

• Design end-to-end business workflows across BA, QA/QC, Data, Operator, Marketing, SCM, Content.
• Transform manual operations into systemized & automatable processes.
• Build standardized global workflows usable across multiple countries.
• Create flowcharts, ERD, system maps for scalable operations.

2. AI-Ready Requirement & Automation Design

• Write requirements in a way that can be used for AI/RPA automation.
• Identify repetitive tasks and convert them into automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with QA, Dev, and Data team to design autonomous validation flows.

3. Global Data & Process Standardization

• Define unified data schema and business rules.
• Ensure consistency of logic across all markets.
• Design prevention-based process instead of fixing-based process.

4. Cross-Functional Orchestration

• Act as bridge between Business, QA/QC, Dev, Data, Operator, Content.
• Lead requirement workshops and solution alignment.

5. Solution Ownership & Implementation

• Own the solution from idea → design → UAT → deployment → optimization.
• Define success KPI for every solution.
• Monitor effectiveness after go-live.

6. Documentation for Scale

• Build SOP, workflow library, process playbook for future markets.
• Create reusable templates for global rollout.

Your Skills and Experience

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Core Competencies

• Strong system thinking & process design mindset.
• Experience in business re-engineering.
• Strong ERD, flowchart, workflow design capability.
• Ability to convert business problems into system solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation.
• Strong written English for technical documentation is required. Conversational English is a plus.

2. Technical & Analytical

• Understanding of automation, RPA, AI-based validation logic.
• Strong Excel / data analysis skill.
• Understanding of API, system integration concepts.
• Experience working with Dev & QA teams.

3. Experience

• 4+ years in Business Analysis / System Analysis / Process Optimization
• Experience in OTA, hospitality (hotel bookings) , e-commerce, or marketplace is a big plus
