Business Process Consultants (Mid to Manager levels)

Your role & responsibilities

• Analyze client operations and identify key business issues
• Design and optimize processes across finance, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Develop deliverables such as business process flows, requirements, and fit-gap analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement practical solutions (IT & non-IT)
• Support project delivery, client discussions, and proposal development

Your skills & qualifications

Proven experience in consulting (ERP or related) or business transformation projects, with 𝙙𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩-𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚

Strong expertise in one of the following areas:

• 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 & 𝘼𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 (𝙚.𝙜., 𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙗𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙀𝙍𝙋)
• 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙪𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 (𝙚.𝙜., 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙈𝙀𝙎, 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮)
• 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙮 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙣 & 𝙇𝙤𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨 (𝙚.𝙜., 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙒𝙈𝙎/𝙏𝙈𝙎, 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩)

For Manager level, additional experience in PMO (Project Management Office) is required

Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
