Your mission is to move the organization beyond "viewing" data to "acting" on it, providing the clarity needed to scale profitable operations and halt underperforming ones instantly.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Workflow Oversight: Assign and prioritize tasks related to dashboard creation, data cleaning, and ad-hoc analysis to meet the fast-paced needs of the Affiliate and Marketing teams.
- Quality Control: Review the work of the team to ensure 100% data accuracy and adherence to the "10-second rule" for dashboard clarity.
2. Data Governance & Standardization
- The Single Source of Truth: Architect and maintain a unified data environment where all teams (Affiliate, Marketing, Commercial, Marketing Operation) use the same metrics and logic.
- Metric Logic: Define and document the standardized calculation logic and "Source of Record" for all core business KPIs to prevent departmental conflicts.
- Data Hygiene: Lead initiatives to clean and normalize fragmented data from various sources (API, CRM, Manual logs) into a structured format.
3. Strategic Insight & Decision Support
- Actionable Dashboards: Design and oversee the deployment of high-level dashboards that answer critical business questions: Scale, Hold, or Stop?.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify why certain campaigns or products are underperforming and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Forecasting & Scenarios: Partner with Business Owners to build predictive models and scenario-based forecasts to mitigate risk.
4. Cross-Functional Optimization
- Affiliate & Commercial Support: Analyze ROI per offer, optimize publisher payouts, and evaluate the performance of in-house vs. e-commerce products.
- Marketing Efficiency: Track and recommend adjustments for publisher acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Marketing Operation Alignment: Support the Marketing Operation team in detecting overall performance anomalies and making rapid adjustments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence with at least 1–2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role
- Prior experience in Affiliate Marketing, AdTech, or E-commerce is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or MySQL)
