Job Description
Job Summary
In-charge in business development ,find new customer, get new RFQ, complete quotation and follow
process project. Be responsibility from making sample, sending sample, get sample appoval
untill have mass information then transfer to sales in charge.
1. Responsibility for finding new customers
- Send email or calling to new customer, direct meeting to introduce about company and products and get new RFQ.
- Proactive finding business chance in market, catch up customer demand to introducing HEV products.
- Finding and report about competitor activities.
- Improving product knowledge to deal with customers confidently from the outset.
2. In charge RFQ progress then report to Asistant manager - Manager for RFQ result as well as customer's concern.
- Making quotation, mornitoring quotation result, in charge from making sample until have aproval to mass running then transfer for sales in charge.
3. Maintain good and harmonious relationship to customer by:
- Responding to their needs in a manner that provides values added and generates significant client delight.

-Demonstrating a deep understanding of internal and external client and their needs.
-Gathering the appropriate resources to respond to client needs.
-Taking personal responsibility for client satisfaction that focuses in value-added interactions.
-Building credibility and trust with the client through open and direct communication (uses effective listening skill, provides timely feedback etc.…
-Ensuring that clients believe their issues and concerns are given highest priority.
-Understand customers’ problems, so can win the confidence of customers
and sell the right products to meet their needs
-Maintain constant communication with customer. Send update delivery plan/schedule and other information requires to submit customer.
- Coordinate with customer for any price/amount variances and issue necessary adjustment slip of needed.
-Disseminate all the needed information to all concern on time regarding customer's requirement/information
4. Maintain 6S in his/her area of responsibility.
5.Obey the company's rules.
6. Do other jobs assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
7. Do traning and follow up job of new sales staffs.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Requires a college degree in business, accountancy, engineering and other related field.
• Work Experience: Requires at least one year work related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills:
- Requires strong oral and written communication in English or Japanese.
- Negotiation and planning capacity
- Good communication skills are essential, both inside and outside the company.
• Internal/External Contacts:
- Interacts with internal department such as Production, Engineering, Warehouse, IMPEX and QA. External contact includes customer and suppliers both local and international.
• Working Condition:
Work under factory working conditions. Exposure to hazards are limited.
