- Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields

- 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or business management role

- Proven track record in delivering luxury and ultra-luxury real estate projects

- Strong expertise in sales strategy, market analysis, and business planning

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage large-scale sales systems, including agency networks and distribution channels

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

- Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to senior leadership

- High level of ownership, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure

- Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above); additional languages such as Chinese are a plus

- Willingness to travel and work across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
