Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
1. Requirements gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with senior BAs and stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify "pain points" and opportunities for digitalization or data-driven improvements.
- Assist in defining the scope of data analytics and software development projects.
2. Documentation & Solution Design
- Create clear and concise project artifacts, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories.
- Develop visual representations of business processes using flowcharts, wireframes (UI/UX), and data flow diagrams.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements that can be easily understood by Data Engineers and Developers.
3. Project Support & Quality Assurance
- Support the project management lifecycle by tracking milestones and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Participate in solution validation by creating test cases and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure that the final product (dashboards, web apps, or mobile apps) meets the defined acceptance criteria.
4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations or demonstrations of proposed solutions.
Your skills & qualifications
1. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems (BIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis or software project coordination. (Internships in software/data firms are highly valued).
2. Technical Skills
- Methodologies: Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Tools: Familiarity with documentation and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Azure DevOps).
- Design: Ability to create basic wireframes (Figma, Balsamiq) and process maps (Visio, drawio,…).
3. Soft Skills
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese; proficiency in English is a major advantage.
- Analytical Thinking: A logical approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.
- Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude and the ability to learn new technologies (like Low-Code/No-Code platforms) quickly.
