Business Analyst

Your role & responsibilities

1. Service Advancement & Strategy:

• Plan and operate B2B/Internal management service enhancements to improve operational efficiency within the ITOP department.
• Define and manage the Information Architecture (IA) and design high-fidelity UI wireframes using industry-standard design tools.

2. Requirement Analysis & Communication:

• Act as a bridge between business units and the technical team; translate complex business requirements into clear Technical Specifications (PRD/Functional Specs).
• Facilitate feedback loops with stakeholders to ensure service quality and alignment with business goals.

3. Documentation & Asset Management:

• Continuously update and maintain comprehensive service documentation including User Stories, API integration flows, and User Manuals

4. Data-Driven Optimization:

• Analyze service performance and user behavior (using SQL or Basic Analytics tools) to propose data-driven improvements.

Your skills & qualifications

1. Professional Background: 

• From 2 to 4 years of experience in IT product/service planning, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Proven track record of participating in the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) of web or mobile services.

2. Technical & Tools Proficiency

• Proficiency in UI/UX planning tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Miro.
• Experience using collaboration and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization is a strong plus.

3. Methodologies & Problem Solving

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment (managing backlogs, participating in sprints)/
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems by defining clear acceptance criteria and technical constraints.

4. Communication & Language

• Proficiency in English (Both written and verbal) for professional documentation and collaboration with international teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate various departments and align different perspectives.
