Requirement Specialist (all genders welcome) for the Development of Core Services for our Customer Portal
Also known as: Business Analyst
Location: Ung Van Khiem str, Thanh My Tay ward, HCMC.

What you can expect
Your main role will be to act as an enabler and catalyst between internal business stakeholders and the technical team. Your will work together intensively on a day-to-day basis with the product owner of the customer portals core services and associated members from the technical team (architects, engineers etc.).
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and surveys to gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Serve as the liaison, translating business needs for developers and technical constraints for business stakeholders.
- Analyze, refine, and document requirements (functional & non-functional) into clear formats such as use cases, user stories etc.
- Ensure clear and effective documentation for the development team: specify the formal requirement artifacts: Function Requirement Specification (FRS) and Non-Functional Requirement Specification (NFR).
- Reduce the gap between business view and technical view: add responsibility to define the conceptual design of the proposed solution, consolidating business needs, domain concepts, and technical constraints.
- Supports developers by clarifying requirements and facilitating feedback
- Prioritize requirements, manage changes, trace requirements throughout the lifecycle, and ensure alignment with project scope.
- Support the team in the scrum development process
What to bring (we’re looking for)
- Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with diverse groups both in Vietnamese and English, equivalent to C1
- Pro-active mindset and an open personality
- Strong ability to analyze complex situations and translate them into structured requirements.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or AdobeXD
- Understanding of software development processes, systems, databases, and modeling techniques
- Preferably experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services & DevOps
- Proficiency with documentation, visualization, and requirements management tools
- Knowledge of agile development and SCRUM, preferably a Scrum Master Certificate
