• Collaborate with Dev/QA teams to develop and enhance features for the fulfillment system.

• Prepare business documents such as BRD, SRS, User Stories, Flowcharts, and basic Wireframes. 
• Monitor project progress, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Your Skills and Experience

• From 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in related positions. 
• Knowledge or experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations is a strong advantage. 
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in an IT/product company is a plus. 
• Good understanding of fulfillment operational processes and process optimization mindset. 
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
• Proactive, adaptable, fast learner, and open to challenges in a dynamic environment. 
• Preferred candidates are growth-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to grow long-term with the product. 
• Ability to use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or equivalent) to support business analysis, documentation, solution research, and improve work efficiency.
