Job Description

  • Act as a bridge between Japanese web directors/clients and the Vietnam development team. 
  • Communicate clearly with clients in Japanese to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements. 
  • Translate requirements, specifications, and documents between Japanese and Vietnamese as needed. 
  • Support the development team throughout the website development lifecycle. 
  • Participate in project planning, progress tracking, and issue management. 
  • Ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented by the development team. 
  • Join meetings with clients and internal teams to report progress and resolve issues.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Japanese communication skills: business level or above (spoken and written). 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a BrSE or similar position. 
  • Experience working on website development projects. 
  • Good understanding of web development processes and basic technical knowledge. 
  • Ability to work as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. 
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Experience working with Japanese clients or Japanese companies.
