The Job
- Act as a bridge between Japanese web directors/clients and the Vietnam development team.
- Communicate clearly with clients in Japanese to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements.
- Translate requirements, specifications, and documents between Japanese and Vietnamese as needed.
- Support the development team throughout the website development lifecycle.
- Participate in project planning, progress tracking, and issue management.
- Ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented by the development team.
- Join meetings with clients and internal teams to report progress and resolve issues.
- Japanese communication skills: business level or above (spoken and written).
- 1-2 years of experience in a BrSE or similar position.
- Experience working on website development projects.
- Good understanding of web development processes and basic technical knowledge.
- Ability to work as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience working with Japanese clients or Japanese companies.
