Backend Developer (Java/Spring) — 3 Years Experience

Your role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with QA, frontend, and PM teams to deliver stable features
• Maintain clean and scalable backend service logic
• Investigate and fix bugs or performance issues

Your skills & qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot
• Understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Experience using Git and basic CI/CD workflows
• Ability to understand and read technical English documentation
• Experience working with Korean clients or Korean-based projects
• • Familiarity with Korean communication style
  • Experience collaborating with Korean PM/QA/PO teams
• Prior experience in eCommerce or platform service development
• Have experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
• Understanding of microservices concepts
• Basic experience with performance debugging or optimization
