QA/QC (~75%)

Build and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression test suites across all products (website, core system, employer dashboard)
Execute manual and automated tests across functional, integration, and regression scenarios
Conduct API testing to validate backend logic and data integrity
Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution in collaboration with developers
Contribute to performance and load testing prior to major releases
Define and enforce QA standards and processes across the team
Report on test coverage, bug trends, and quality metrics to the Team Lead

BA (~25%)

Support the Team Lead in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
Identify gaps or ambiguities in requirements before development begins
Participate in sprint planning and review to ensure features meet defined acceptance criteria

3+ years of professional experience in a BA, QA/QC, or combined BA/QC role
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications
Proficient in writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports based on documented requirements
Experience with both manual testing and automated testing
Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman or similar
Familiarity with Git and issue-tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or equivalent)
Strong analytical and communication skills — able to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in e-commerce, recruitment platforms, or SaaS products is a plus
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. k6, JMeter) is a plus
