BA - Business Analyst (ERP – DEWS Framework) 채용공고문

Your role & responsibilities

• 회계 / 인사 / 물류 / 영업 등 ERP 업무 요구사항 분석
• BRD, FSD, User Story 등 요구사항 문서 작성
• As-Is / To-Be 프로세스 분석 및 ERP 시스템 매핑
• Java/Spring 개발팀과 협업하여 비즈니스 로직 및 API 정의
• UAT 지원 및 데이터 마이그레이션 검증
• 변경 요청(Change Request) 관리

• Analyze business requirements for ERP modules (Accounting, HR, Logistics, Sales)
• Prepare BRD, FSD, and User Stories
• Conduct As-Is / To-Be process analysis and map business flows into ERP systems
• Collaborate with Java/Spring development team to define business logic and APIs
• Support UAT and validate data migration processes
• Manage change requests and requirement updates

Your skills & qualifications

• ERP 또는 기업용 시스템 BA 경력 3년 이상
• ERP 업무 프로세스 이해 (회계, 인사, 구매/판매 등)
• RDBMS(MSSQL/Oracle) 구조 및 로직 이해
• Java/Spring 기술 문서 이해 가능자
• 명확한 문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

우대 사항

• DEWS Framework 프로젝트 경험자
• Spring Boot 또는 eGovFrame 경험자
• 영어 또는 한국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BA in ERP or enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Accounting, HR, Purchasing/Sales)
• Understanding of RDBMS structure and logic (MSSQL/Oracle)
• Ability to read and understand Java/Spring technical documentation
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DEWS Framework projects
• Experience with Spring Boot or eGovFrame
• English or Korean communication skills are a plus
