Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years experience in Non-life insurance.
- Experience in the Sales, Key Account management, Business development, or Customer service is preferable.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, reporting, analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and time/task management.
EXPECTED START WORKING DATE: April 2026, or as soon as the candidate is available.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working location: Ho Chi Minh Branch Office, 14th Floor, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
- Working time:
+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30
+ Work from home: 1 day/ week
- Pantry room equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee machine, Yogurt, Tea & Coffee
- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignments.
- Motorbike parking: In the same building (company-registered).
Drive sustainable B2B growth in the Non-Life Insurance sector by managing key client relationships and expanding business opportunities. This role involves 70% Customer service - maintaining strong relationships and ensuring contract fulfillment, and 30% Business development - cross-selling to current accounts and acquiring new clients to drive revenue growth.
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and agents through regular engagement.
2. Provide product consultation, support procedures, and handle inquiries professionally.
3. Manage renewals and new insurance programs; calculate premiums and endorsements accurately.
4. Approach new clients via brokers/agents, cross-sell to existing ones, and develop key contacts.
5. Follow up on confirmations, declarations, and premium collections to ensure timely payment.
6. Prepare reports and presentations as required.
7. Contribute to business development and participate in new projects when assigned.
