Automation Intern – Customer Service Order Management

• Student or fresh graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, IT, or related fields

• Interest in process improvement and digital transformation

• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills

• Responsible, proactive, able to work independently. Project and time management skills are a plus.

• Strong technical foundation in Macros, Power Automate, and Power Apps; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or AI tools is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with automation projects (academic, internship, or personal)

• Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP systems

• Exposure to supply chain or order-to-cash processes

• Good command of English
