Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

The Associate, Social Insurance and Benefits delivery is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of statutory insurance compliance (SHUI) and delivering employee benefits programs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory compliance, enhancing employee experience, and supporting sufficient HR Operations processes.


YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Social Insurance-Health Insurance-Unemployment Insurance Compliance (SHUI Insurance)

• Manage end-to-end administration of SHUI (Social, Health, Unemployment Insurance) in compliance with Vietnamese regulations

• Prepare and submit monthly SHUI declarations accurately and on time

• Handle employee registration, amendments, and de-registration (new joiners, transfers, terminations)

• Monitor and reconcile SHUI contributions, ensuring alignment with payroll data

• Liaise with relevant authorities and external vendors on SHUI matters

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation within the organization

• Support internal/external audits by providing required documentation and explanations


B. Annual Health Check-Up

• Coordinate the annual health check-up program for employees

• Work with vendors to arrange schedules, logistics, and service delivery

• Ensure employee participation tracking and proper documentation

• Manage communication to employees regarding Annual Health Check- Up schedules, requirements, and results

• Monitor service quality and vendor performance

• Support reporting and insights related to employee health trends (if required)


C. Benefits Delivery

• Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, team engagement budget, long services awards etc…)

• Handle employee queries related to benefits in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth benefits delivery

• Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation

• Support benefits enrollment, renewal, and claims processes

• Other tasks as assigned by People Manager

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of Social Insurance/Health Insurance/Unemployment Insurance processing experience and benefits delivery.

• Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and SHUI regulations is preferred


Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and stakeholder management

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus

• Hardworking and responsible
