Job Description
1. BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Associate Manager – RGM is a key role within Perfetti Van Melle (Vietnam), responsible for optimizing revenue
streams, driving profitability, and enhancing overall business performance. Associate Manager – RGM will work
closely with various cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, to develop and
implement revenue growth strategies and tactics. This role will focus on analysing Price Pack Architecture (PPA),
promotions, product portfolio effectiveness and channel profitability to identify opportunities together with
stakeholders for profitably revenue enhancement and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth Strategy: Lead/involve in key workstreams for Vietnam in line with Global RGM
strategies and roadmap to drive revenue growth and profit improvement agenda aligned with company's
overall business objectives and market dynamics
2. PPA (Pack Price Architecture) Analysis: Facilitate analysis of portfolio performance price ladders across
functions to identify white space for NPDs by channels and current portfolio maximization opportunities
while remaining competitive in the market
3. Promotional Effectiveness: Ensure process of promotion effectiveness evaluation well embedded in
company’s operating process and support Promotion Evaluation tool implementation for promotional
spend optimization
4. Product Management Review: Develop platform to facilitate Marketing and Trade Marketing’s data-
driven decision in monthly Product Management Review meeting and Country Plan/ Budget cycles,
enabling product portfolio optimization to drive revenue growth
5. Value Pool Analysis: collect internal and external information, construct Value Pool (or Value Chain) by
Channel and by Segment. Analyse value pool versus competitors and propose actions to improve ensure
healthy and win-win situation with retailers/customers
6. Execution governance: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure RGM
pillars to be well executed on time
7. Business Intelligence Tools & Data Automation: Self-develop, deploy, monitor and update (in the context
of no Power BI support from IT or dedicated BI team) advanced-analytics using industry standard business
intelligence tools to improve, streamline and automate regular reports & data processing requirements to
reduce workload and need for human intervention while also increasing accuracy and efficiency of overall
data structure. Involve in Data project with IT and Global Project team / Business Intelligence team to
deploy data standardization and improvement relevant to RGM analysis.
8. Other tasks as assigned by line manager, focusing on improving RGM maturity, training and process
management
**Preferred Profile**
• 3 - 5 years of experience working on revenue growth management, pricing, or related roles within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong analytical skills and Power BI knowledge
• Strong project management skills
• Can handle complexity and multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Research & Development)
**A) Education, Qualifications and Training:**
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
**B) Experience required (e.g. Past Roles, Level, Years of Experience, Technical, People Management, etc.):**
• 3 – 5 years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing, or related roles (Trade Marketing, Commercial Finance) within the consumer goods industry.
• Knowledge of trade promotions, category management, and consumer behaviour is advantageous.
**C) Specialised Knowledge or Skills required (e.g. Technical, Cross-functional, etc.):**
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power Query, Power BI) to derive insights and inform decision-making.
• Good Presentation

• Excellent use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
