The Job
- Develop and deploy practical AI agents using the bbv AI Hub for both client and internal projects.
- Design clear, efficient, and scalable workflows for AI applications.
- Turn ideas or requirements into working solutions that can be reused across projects.
- Support users during implementation and help improve solutions based on feedback.
- Good Python programming skills, able to build AI applications independently (at least 1+ year of experience).
- Understand how to design and build AI workflows (e.g. LLM-based applications).
- Have a structured thinking mindset when solving problems and building systems.
- Able to communicate clearly about AI solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing).
