Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Amazon Executive to take ownership of our daily operations for physical products on Amazon Seller Central. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around end-to-end marketplace management, including seller account handling, listing optimization, FBA fulfillment flow, Amazon PPC (with a focus on Sponsored Display), and inventory stocking.
Note: While daily operations are the core of this role, candidates with proven experience in Product Development and Launching will be highly prioritized during the selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Seller Account Handling & Customer Service
• Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central.
• Actively monitor and maintain Account Health metrics (ODR, LSR, VTR) to ensure 100% policy compliance and prevent listing suppression or account suspension risks.
• Handle customer inquiries, monitor product reviews/Q&A, and manage case logs to resolve disputes, FBA discrepancies, or A-to-Z claims efficiently.
2. Listing Creation & SEO Optimization
• Create and manage highly optimized product listings (SEO, keyword indexing) aligned with the Amazon A9 algorithm.
• Craft compelling Titles, Bullet Points, Product Descriptions, and Backend Search Terms to maximize organic visibility and conversion rates (CVR).
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-converting visual assets, A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content), and manage the Amazon Brand Storefront.
3. FBA Fulfillment Flow (Order, Shipping, Delivery)
• Manage the end-to-end FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) logistics flow for physical products.
• Create FBA inbound shipment plans, generate Amazon barcodes/labels (FNSKU), and ensure compliance with Amazon's receiving guidelines.
• Coordinate seamlessly with 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and internal supply chain teams to track shipments from factory to Amazon Fulfillment Centers (or AWD warehouses).
4. Amazon Advertising (PPC) & Sponsored Display
• Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, utilizing Sponsored Display to retarget audiences, cross-sell, and increase brand awareness.
• Monitor daily ad performance, implement bid optimizations, and harvest search terms to achieve target ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), TACOS (Total ACOS), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
5. Inventory & Stocking
• Develop robust sales forecasts and demand planning models using historical data and seasonality trends.
• Monitor daily inventory levels to ensure a healthy Inventory Performance Index (IPI).
• Create replenishment plans to prevent OOS (Out of Stock) situations while avoiding overstocking and long-term storage fees.
6. Product Development & Launching (Highly Prioritized for Selection)
• Market Research: Utilize tools like Helium 10, Keepa, or Jungle Scout to validate market demand, analyze competitors, and identify high-potential product opportunities.
• Launching Strategy: Build and execute end-to-end product launch roadmaps. Leverage Amazon programs (e.g., Vine) and promotional strategies to drive initial traction, BSR (Best Sellers Rank), and reviews during the critical "honeymoon period".
• Product Enhancement: Collaborate with R&D and Sourcing teams to define product specifications and optimize the Bill of Materials (BOM) based on customer insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central operations, particularly in the US/Global market.
• Priority Advantage: Candidates with a proven track record of successfully researching and launching new physical products on Amazon FBA will be strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, A9 algorithm, and operational tools (Helium 10, Keepa, etc.).
• Experience with Amazon Ads management (specifically Sponsored Display) and a solid grasp of metrics like ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and CVR.
• Excellent English skills (especially reading and writing) to optimize listings and communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support.
