Allocation Manager - Ocean Freight

Responsibilities:

• Plan and adjust carrier allocations to achieve maximum cost optimization while aligning with customer requirements and procurement goals.

• Continuously monitor and analyze booking data in our internal Booking Control Tower (BCT) tool to make necessary allocation adjustments and keep stakeholders informed about customer underperformance and overperformance.

• Degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.

• 3 or more years of experience in ocean freight and allocation management.

• Strong knowledge in analyzing booking data and cost simulations.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with relevant software tools like Power BI & Excel. Knowing GPM (Descartes) would be an advantage.
