AIT Specialist

I. Position Overview:

TTE is in the core execution and scaling phase of our new, AI-native Odoo ERP system. We are seeking a Developer to join mid-stream to refine, extend, and lead the technical evolution of the existing platform.

Reporting directly to the General Director, you will work alongside our existing developers in a flat structure to design and deploy an "AI-native" platform. This is a greenfield project where you will have the autonomy to co-author the digital DNA of the company, embedding AI into the heart of every business workflow without the constraints of legacy code or third-party low-code tools.

II. Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Developer Evolution & Scaling

- Architecture Refinement: Inherit and refine the current end-to-end architectural design, ensuring existing Odoo modules are scalable and align with high-quality backend standards.

- Process Optimization: Continuously translate remaining complex engineering processes into clean logic while optimizing current data structures.

- Ongoing Migration: Oversee the continued migration and normalization of legacy data (e.g., from Bravo), maintaining 100% integrity as the system grows.

- System Integrity: Conduct regular technical audits of the existing codebase to ensure unified architecture and backend stability.

- Technical Governance & Domain Ownership: Establish rigorous coding standards while maintaining end-to-end ownership of core architectural domains to ensure a unified, secure, and scalable development lifecycle.

2. AI-Native Core Integration

- Embedded AI: Architect the ERP system to treat AI as a core decision-support layer embedded within Odoo workflows, rather than a standalone add-on.

- Custom Solutions: Develop custom AI solutions using Python (RAG, LLM Agents) to automate the analysis of technical specifications, industry standards, and internal documentation.

- Optimization Models: Build and deploy predictive models and resource optimization algorithms directly within the Odoo framework to enhance procurement, inventory management, and project forecasting.

3. Internal AI Application & Implementation

- Plan and organize periodic training sessions on AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for staff at all levels.

- Create instructional documentation and practical exercises for department-specific AI applications to boost productivity.

- Monitor, evaluate, and provide periodic reports on the impact of AI on labor productivity.

4. Other Duties

- Perform other tasks as requested by the Company.

- Support departmental projects based on expertise and requirements.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of intensive Python programming (High-performance Backend/Asynchronous processing).

- Odoo Mastery: Strong expertise in Odoo ORM, Owl Framework (JS), and PostgreSQL performance tuning.

- AI Expertise: Proven ability to deploy custom AI-driven solutions (RAG, LLM Agents) directly into enterprise workflows.

- Mindset: A strict "Build-over-buy" philosophy, exceptional logic-to-system translation, and a proactive approach to emerging AI technologies.
