AI Model Research & Development

Research and develop advanced AI/ML algorithms
Experiment with and evaluate AI models across areas such as: Large Language Models (LLMs); Embedding models; Computer Vision
Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize AI models
Design embedding models for search systems, RAG architectures, or knowledge graphs
Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and computational cost

AI Application & Agent Development

Develop AI applications and AI agents to solve real business problems
Build AI pipelines using technologies such as LLMs, vector databases, and RAG
Integrate tools
Integrate AI systems with enterprise backend systems and workflows

Deployment & Production Systems

Deploy AI models into production environments
Work with large-scale AI systems to ensure stability, scalability, and high performance
Monitor and continuously improve AI systems after deployment
Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to solve problems
Participate in designing AI systems and platforms
Ensure AI solutions meet product and customer needs

Your Skills and Experience

Experience & Skills

4+ years of experience in roles such as Data Scientist, AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar
Strong knowledge of areas such as LLMs, NLP, Embeddings, Computer Vision, or AI-related models
Experience in building AI applications or production AI systems
Experience developing and deploying machine learning or deep learning models
Experience with embedding models, RAG (and its architectures), vector databases, and AI agent platforms
Experience fine-tuning and benchmarking LLMs and embedding models
Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, DeepStream

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
Preference for graduates from universities such as Bach Khoa University, University of Science, University of Technology (or equivalent)

Preferred: Experience working at technology companies or AI-focused organizations
