Job Accountabilities:
As an AI Engineer, you will design and build advanced AI systems that go beyond simple text generation, enabling autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and action.
You will engineer scalable AI solutions - ranging from LLM-powered applications to intelligent agent workflows- that can tackle complex real-world problems across domains. Your work will focus on building robust, production-ready AI systems that integrate seamlessly into business operations and software products..
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, including LLM-based and multi-agent systems, to solve complex operational and logistics problems.
Collaborate across AI subfields, including LLMs, Generative AI, MLOps, and structured/tabular data processing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions and actionable insights.
Contribute to building scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring maintainability and efficiency of AI projects.
Proactively propose solutions, conduct independent research, and seek guidance when necessary.
Effectively communicate technical concepts and complex AI ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Skills and Experience

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Strong Python proficiency, with good knowledge of ML/LLM frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) to support end-to-end AI solution development.
Solid understanding and practical experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and model deployment.
Minimum 2 years of experience in backend development, preferably in AI-focused applications.
Hands-on experience in AI engineering, with practical exposure to building, deploying, or maintaining AI systems.
Familiarity with AI subfields (LLM, Generative AI…).
Self-driven and capable of independent work.
Basic knowledge of data warehouses, databases, ETL/ELT, and SQL.

Preferred (Optional):

Experience integrating AI agents or LLMs into applications or services.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and APIs.
