As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will own the delivery outcomes for our product development teams. This role revolves around creating realistic plans, maintaining transparent progress, controlling risks, facilitating smooth releases, and driving continuous improvement. While you will not replace the Product Owner or Tech Lead, you will orchestrate the people and processes necessary to enable optimal decisions and high-quality results. This position operates within a clear leveling framework supporting Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments and is primarily internal-facing with limited direct client communication.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of product development elements for a team of product developers, ensuring program requirements for performance and quality are met.
  • Plan, lead, coordinate, and inspire agile teams across numerous business divisions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Manage agile teams on a daily or as-needed basis, guiding team development while actively removing roadblocks to their work.
  • Hold team members accountable for their commitments and foster a high-performance environment where individuals are enthusiastic about their jobs.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business analysts to execute software delivery successfully.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven experience executing several agile projects and leading multi-disciplinary, highly talented workforces.
  • Previous experience working as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager in a client-facing team.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing software development projects and managing medium-sized, complex initiatives in a high-tech environment with cross-functional teams.
  • A comprehensive grasp of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • A deep understanding of agile project management concepts and practices.
