Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Admissions Administrator supports the full admissions cycle by managing applicant documentation, coordinating communication with prospective students, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of admissions-related data. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.


To efficiently support Admissions administration by:

• Maintain organized and compliant admissions records, documents and data systems.

• Coordinate school tours, assessments, interviews, and onboarding activities to create smooth admissions experience.

• Supporting enrollment-related marketing, activities, projects and events

• Collaborate with internal departments (academic, finance, marketing, admin, etc.) to ensure seamless students onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Application Processing

• Receive, verify and validate all application documents according to admissions policies and procedures

• Track application progress and follow up on missing documentation or pending requirements enter applicant information into admissions system accurately

• Coordinate applicant assessment, campus visits, etc.

• Ensure applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and within set timelines

• Maintain a professional, positive applicant experience throughout the admissions journey.


2. Engagement CRM Data Management

• Enter and update applicant information accurately in the CRM system

• Ensure date integrity by performing routine checks, clean-ups, and updates

• Generate regular reports for the Admissions team

• Support ongoing improvements to CRM workflows and data processes.


3. Event Support

• Support the execution of admission-related events such as Open Days, Information Sessions, etc.

• Prepare event materials, registration lists, and attendance tracking

• Assist with event setup, logistics, and post-event follow-up.


4. Admissions Administration

• Provide administrative assistance to the Admissions team on daily tasks and projects

• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth admissions and enrollment operations

• Maintain organized filing systems for digital and physical documents

• Support policy compliance and ensure confidentiality of applicant information

• Update and maintain the database of students’ information

School Gallery Operation Administration

• Station at School Gallery and manage reception and first point contact

• Appointment management

• Manage materials for gallery readiness including but not limited to admission kits, display elements, assessment and consultation areas clean and ready, welcome refreshment for guests



1. Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, community relations, or admissions support—preferably in an international school or education setting.

• Familiarity with international K-12 education systems and school operations is highly desirable.


2. Skills and Competencies

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM system is a plus


3. Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, Communications, or a related field.


4. Personality / Attitude
