Job Description

As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests, handling reception duties, and managing incoming phone calls.

• Translating documents (Vietnamese ↔ English).

• Preparing and managing documents (printing, copying, filing, etc.).

• Performing general administrative tasks such as arranging transportation, booking hotels, air tickets, and purchasing office supplies.

• Supporting ISO-related tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

• Assisting the Department Manager in administrative and HR-related duties.

• Reviewing and updating company rules and internal regulations.

• Managing company assets and fixed assets records.

Expat Support:

• Handling procedures for foreign experts, including Work Permit, Visa, Temporary Residence Card and other related documents.

• Preparing and submitting required documents to relevant authorities.

• Coordinating with external agencies and authorities to ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations.

• Monitoring validity of visas, work permits, residence cards and handling renewal/extension on time.

• Other duties as assigned.

Working Time

• Working days: Monday to Friday.

• Working hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break).

• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays are off, in accordance with Vietnamese labor law.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College or University degree in relevant fields.

• At least 1 year of working experience; knowledge of ISO systems is an advantage.

• Experience in handling Work Permit, Visa and Temporary Residence Card procedures is preferred.

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).

• Willingness to learn and adapt to job requirements.

• Good teamwork skills.

• Hardworking, responsible, proactive and quick to learn.

• Age: 22–28.
