Job Description
As the Account Manager at Bank of China, you will play a key role in carrying out daily banking operations and supporting roles to drive business strategies to achieve the bank’s goals and objective performance. This full-time position is available in our Hanoi office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to customers’ needs relating to banking products such as inquiries, opening of new accounts, banking transactions, remittances, and to ensure provision of efficient and courteous service in accordance with the bank’s established guidelines/policies.
• Proper handling of banking request made by customers, introduce and promote the bank’s financial products and cross sell referrals.
• Attend to the creation and modification of daily inward/outward transactions made by customers.
• Perform report suspicious transaction and ensure strict compliance to established guidelines/policies including Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Operations Manual, Customer Due Diligence Manual, and etc.
• Keeping abreast on the provisions and changes in the statutory requirements, Head Office policies and SBV’s guidelines.
• Perform any other functions as assigned by Management from time to time.

• Degree holder in any field of disciplines.
• Relevant working experience is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure in banking services will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese.
• Possess basic IT knowledge and able to operate Microsoft Office’s basic applications.
