Job Description

Your role & responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices in eCommerce and digital transformation.
  • Pitch proposals to potential clients and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collect service fees from clients on time and manage billing processes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Your skills & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience as a Sales IT or similar role, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in eCommerce and digital transformation.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
