Create static and animated assets for websites, landing pages, social media, and digital advertising.
Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
Collaborate closely with the planning team to deliver interactive content aligned with campaign goals.
Improve design workflows by refining templates and brand guidelines for consistent, efficient production.
Stay up to date with design trends and motion technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Manage and execute design and animation tasks independently, meeting tight deadlines with high quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in motion graphic design or a related role.
Proficiency in either English or Korean (verbal and written).
Strong portfolio showcasing visual content creation across web and mobile environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
Strong graphic design fundamentals — solid understanding of color, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Deadline-driven — able to adapt, prioritize, and deliver high-quality motion under tight timelines.
AI-savvy creator — comfortable using generative AI tools to produce images, textures, and design materials that support the creative process.
Hands-on experience with Figma or other design collaboration tools.
Solid understanding of animation principles and best practices for digital platforms.
Understanding of content strategy and digital marketing workflows, with experience collaborating across departments.
